PATRICIA (PAT) WRIGHT Dennis and Family would like to thank most sincerely all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy and donations received for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of Pat. In addition, we would like to thank all the carers from Platinum care and previously Sure care for their wonderful service, love and commitment to ensure Pat remained comfortable at home over the past 16 months. Special recognition goes to the NHS, the Knutsford District Nurses, Wythenshawe Ventilation Unit particularly the Outreach team, the Dietition and Speech Therapist from Macclesfield plus all the doctors and support teams. Finally John Whiston (Funeral Director) and his team plus Paul Deakin (Vicar of St.Cross) for his wonderful service and exceptional caring manner.
