A WOMAN was trapped in a car after an accident in Prestbury last night.
Emergency crews including firefighter and ambulance attended the scene at Bonis Hall Lane at 7.45pm.
A Cheshire fir brigade spokesman said: "One fire engine from Bollington and one from Macclesfield attended the scene "One casualty was trapped in a vehicle involved in a road traffic collision. "Firefighters extricated the casualty, a woman, from the car and handed her into the care of paramedics. They made the scene safe."
