The CPS has confirmed the case is discontinued
A COURT case involving a Wilmslow man who was charged following an alleged incident in Handforth has been discontinued.
Christian Holyoak, 19, from Manchester Road, was charged by police on Tuesday, August 30 following an investigation.
The CPS told the Guardian the case had been discontinued.
