DINERS have been given the chance to rub shoulders with a host of tennis legends in Alderley Edge.
Piccolino, in London Road, played host to the VIP player’s after party following the annual Boodles Tennis Ladies Day at The Mere Resort.
Former major champions Goran Ivanisevic, Kim Clijsters and Marion Bartoli were joined by Xavier Malisse, Wayne Ferreira and Mikael Pernfors, as members of Piccolino’s Club Individual were given the opportunity to meet them.
Marion, who won Wimbledon in 2013, said: “We really like this restaurant and the outside area is very cool.”
Guests sipped on Aperol Spritz before sitting down for a three-course meal alongside the sporting legends.
