FIREFIGHTERS are still at the scene of a house fire in Wilmslow checking the property.
Fire crews attended a fire in Knutsford Road at just before 4.30am this morning.
On arrival they found a two-storey detached house which was well alight on all floors.
Crews used two hose reel jets, one main jet and an aerial ladder platform to extinguish the fire. No-one was in the property at the time of the fire.
The fire was attended by fire engines from Wilmslow, Poynton, Cheadle, Wythenshawe and the aerial appliance from Macclesfield with a supporting pump.
