POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a Knutsford crash which left an 85-year-old cyclist hospitalised with 'serious injuries'.
Emergency services were called to Chelford Road near the Booths Park roundabout around 10am on Monday, November 6, following reports of a collision between a blue Peugeot and a cyclist.
The cyclist from Wilmslow was taken to Salford Royal Hospital - formerly Hope Hospital - with serious injuries, but has since been released.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information that may help officers with their inquiries is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident 240 of November 6."
