A WILMSLOW-based property developer has been shortlisted for a prestigious north west building award.

Pavilion Property Holdings is nominated in the ‘Best Individual New Home’ category for their recently completed development of two four-bedroom detached homes in Didsbury, Tall Trees.

The awards are presented by the Local Authority Building Control (LABC), and celebrate achievements in the construction industry.

Glynn Tyler, a local authority building inspector, nominated the development after being impressed by the overall quality of the two properties.

Masoud Gaffarain, managing director of Pavilion Property Holdings, said: “We are delighted that the quality of our build has been recognised as we are put forward for this award.

“Our reputation is based on quality and this informs everything we do. It starts with the design of the homes we build and is followed through with the materials we select, the interior specification and, ultimately, build quality.

“Thank you to Glynn for the nomination.”

The LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards are the largest business to business awards in the UK, with a network covering all local authorities in England and Wales split into 12 regions.
