WILMSLOW’S first Bump to Toddler event takes place at the Hallmark Hotel on Sunday, June 10.

Four Wilmslow businesswomen with a wealth of experience in the baby market will be hosting the show for expecting and new parents.

The event was the brainchild of Manju Bhatia, who recently launched PoorlyBoo, an e-commerce site selling essential healthcare products for babies and toddlers.

Manju said: “I had an idea to bring an event like this to my community, where families can attend a free, one-stop show for essential maternity, baby and toddler products.

“When I approached Nicole Graham, founder of Zippy Bibs, Liz Morana, inventor of Mumba Bra breastfeeding bras and Jennifer Unsworth, inventor of the Tidy Tot Bib and Tray Kit and Company Director of Babymule baby change bags, they were so keen to get on board.”

Nicole Graham said: “It is so great to have other entrepreneurial mums living in Wilmslow, all selling products for new and expecting parents.

“It was a no-brainer for us to put our ideas together to launch this event, and we are delighted that more than 30 brands have decided to exhibit at the Wilmslow Bump to Toddler Show.”

Jennifer Unsworth said: “Our event will feature a wide range of products from well-known brands and local independent traders.

“You will find all the essentials at the show and lots more. We want as many families to join us for a fun-filled day.”

In addition to the opportunity to buy products there will be talks, goody bags and a raffle.

The event runs from 10am to 4pm at the Hallmark Hotel in Stanley Road, SK9 3LD.
