Young James Davidson, 30, and stalwart Simon Oakley got off to a comfortable response, proving on a fast outfield anything was possible.
Oakley led the way with a stunning 117 not out, breaking a few personal and club records on the way to the team’s 203 for 7.
Wilmslow now top their division in the Cheshire County Cricket League.
The thirds got the better of Heaton Mersey in the Cheshire County Sunday League.
Waqar Malik, with 86, and Elliot Rowe, 55, ensured a competitive score of 204.
Superb spells of bowling from Dominic Rowe, 2 for 21, and Mohd Faisal, 3 for 6, gave Wilmslow every chance of a victory but the Mersey boys finished on 94 for 9.
