ALDERLEY Edge's Calum Rowe featured in a win by Cheshire against Wales in Newport to record their second successive Unicorns Knockout group victory.
Cheshire, who face Herefordshire at Alderley Edge on Sunday at 11am, restricted Wales to a modest 200 for 9 from 50 overs.
The visitors started well in reply, with Will Evans, Neston, scoring 63 and Rowe, 23.
Ultimately it was left to the last Cheshire pair of Wayne White, 60, and Danny Woods, 7, to see their side over the line with a key partnership of 11, closing at 201 for 9 from 49.5 overs.
