Wilmslow Triathlon throughout Sunday
ATHLETES will be challenged by swimming, cycling and running when the Wilmslow Triathlon takes place on Sunday.
Up to 700 competitors are expected in the sprint triathlon on the Cheshire plains, an event that starts with a 400m swimat Wilmslow Leisure Centre, a picturesque 24.2km cycle ride through Ashley and Mobberley and then a 6.3km run that goes out from the leisure centre along mainly quiet, leafy roads around east Wilmslow.
Start times are staggered through the day.
