MOBBERLEY lost three lower-order wickets without adding a run but hung on for a home draw against Northwich.
After slipping to 62 for 5 as they chased the visitors' 212 for 7, the ship was steadied.
Will Berisford-Ince, 74, and Abdul Aqeel, 56, steered Mobberley to 186 for 6.
But after Aqeel departed, Berisford-Ince, Matt Rose and Will Edwards followed him to the pavilion without the score moving on.
Hassan Syed and Mohammad Alam, who earlier took 3 for 26, managed to stick around until the end of the 50th over to secure the draw at 187 for 9.
