Gosling ahead of the field
PAUL Gosling was unstoppable at Alderley Edge as he posted a huge 45 points in a singles stableford to finish well clear of Nigel Howells, 40, and Steve Corfield, 38.
Edge’s ladies were also in stableford action with Karen Pennington cruising to victory with 39 points from Wendy Rule, 36, and Tracy Smith and Jean Walker, both 34.
