Prestbury bowler Gurvinder Singh (7-27) proved to be a thorn in Wilmslow's side throughout the innings.
Steve Fulker (0) and Imran Ashraf (0) fell to Singh with the first balls they faced.
Sixth-placed Squirrels host ninth-placed Winnington Park on Saturday.
