WILMSLOW Wolves start their new season in cup action on Saturday.
They head to Sandbach, who play at the higher Midlands Premier level, in the Cheshire Vase first round.
Wolves may need to hit the ground running to be in with a shout of progressing as their hosts looked strong in a 50-10 defeat of North Premier side Kendal at the weekend.
Kick off at Bradwall Road is scheduled for 3pm.
Wolves will start their North One West league campaign against Carlisle at the Memorial Ground the following Saturday.
September will continue with a trip to Altrincham Kersal, a visit by Firwood Waterloo and a journey over to St Benedicts.
