ALDERLEY Edge will finish second or third in the ECB Premier League after Chester Boughton Hall wrapped up the title at Toft.
Edge, whose game at Hyde never got started due to bad weather, host Neston on Saturday with hopes of still finishing above Nantwich.
There will be no promotion from Cheshire County League Division Two for Lindow, who host Christleton on Saturday.
A cancellation of their home match with Alvanley at the weekend put paid to remaining hopes of a top-two finish.
