Esther McVey helps out at the Oxfam shop in Wilmslow
TATTON MP Esther McVey has been helping to serve customers in the Oxfam shop in Wilmslow.
"I was delighted to meet Gwen and her team of volunteers and hear about what an important part of the community Oxfam is," she said.
"Although I was visiting to support a recruitment drive during national volunteer week, I was really interested to hear about the work they did supporting local students and the wider community.
"I also enjoyed getting to serve customers, although I am not sure if they enjoyed it quite as much!"
