Taxi driver parks on hard shoulder to eat crisps
A TAXI driver has been booked for pulling up on the hard shoulder to wait for his passenger to land at Manchester Airport.
Police officers found the driver parked up and eating a packet of crisps as he waited for his fare early this morning, Tuesday.
He was issued with a traffic offence report.
