THE agent brother of Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has been found guilty of speeding in Wilmslow.
Dane Rashford, of Wilmslow, had denied exceeding the 30mph speed limit when the case was initially heard at Chester Magistrates’ Court on February 2.
The 31-year-old was caught on a speed camera driving a Mercedes in Adlington Road in at 39mph on October 8, last year.
Magistrates found the defendant guilty after listening to evidence during a one day trial on March 8.
The speed limit was signified by street lighting at less than 200-yard intervals, the court was told.
Dane Rashford was fined £200 and ordered to pay £250 costs and £80 victim surcharge.
His driving licence was endorsed with three points.
The defendant was ordered to pay the £530 fine by April 5.
